Your ASN CME/CE transcript and historic records are now available at MedEdToday.   These records include the following: Board Reviews 2006-2009; NephSAP activities published in May 2010 or earlier; Renal Week 2007-2009; and other CME/CE activities completed prior to July 1, 2011.

You do not need to register again.  You will have secure access to your CME/CE account and transcript and a large library of high quality CME/CE activities.  To access your records, follow these simple steps:

  • Use your ASN ID for your username.
  • Reset your password the first time that you access MedEdToday.
  • Enter your ASN ID for your username, and your email address used to login to the ASN website.

    Ex: User name: 123456
    Email: John.Smith@gmail.com

  • Once your password has been re-set, bookmark www.mededtoday.com for future use.
  • Once you are at MedEdToday's page, login at the upper-left corner with your ASN ID and newly-set password.
  • Go to the "My Transcript" tab to access your CME/CE records. Click "view" to view your certificate.
